What an amazing experience South Africa was! When we booked flights there were some problems in Middle East and Lauren was able to book our flights with minimal time in layovers. She provided suggestions and tips to ensure our trip would be problem free. Emails were sent with any updated flight or gate changes. Before we left she made sure we had our seats and documents ready to go. Lauren took the time to make sure this trip was absolutely the trip of a lifetime.
