To keep things on track and running smoothly, I'll need you to submit all required information for your booking within 24 hours of a request.
Please double-check your calendar before approving your proposal to ensure you have no prior commitments, events, or scheduling conflicts that could interfere with your travel plans or decision-making process. Plan to review and share any feedback or revisions within 3 days of receipt. Moving quickly during this phase is necessary.
There could be payments, pending decisions, or action items that I'm not able to assist with so I'll always give a "to do" list section in your itinerary. It's crucial to take timely action and make decisions on any pending items to avoid any compromise of your trip.
This can include management of airline seating selection and advanced checked baggage payments directly with the airline.
While I'm here to answer questions and guide you, you'll need to be sure to obtain and comply with any travel requirements (e.g., visas, passports, vaccination documents) well in advance of your departure.
Any changes or additions to your itinerary should be submitted at least 30 days prior to departure to ensure I can accommodate your request and that everything is in place for your trip.
Since there are acknowledgements I’m legally unable to submit on your behalf, you’ll be responsible for completing online check-ins with travel suppliers, such as your airline or cruise line, before departure.
Be mindful that time changes may occur even after you receive your final documents from me. Please sign up for airline notifications (if applicable) and keep an eye on your email for updates.
