After receiving your inquiry, I’ll reach out via email to schedule a time for us to chat about the important details needed to craft a journey uniquely suited to you. I’ll then send over a form to gather your traveler information, which will help me create a personalized proposal. Once we’ve had our call and I've received your traveler info, your spot in my planning schedule is officially secured. From here, I’ll begin curating your adventure based on everything we’ve discussed.

Once you’ve given the green light on your proposal, it’s time to make things official! I’ll send you a secure, PCI-compliant form to collect your payment authorization. This allows me to process your payment with your chosen travel supplier. After that, I’ll send over booking confirmations and share any important next steps tailored to your specific vacation.

Leading up to your departure, I’ll be diligently monitoring your bookings, confirming every detail, and keeping you updated with any changes. You’ll receive a detailed itinerary, along with a checklist of any tasks that need attention. I’ll also share my insider tips, expert recommendations, and helpful reminders to ensure you feel completely prepared and excited for your adventure. Your only job? Keep an eye out for my updates and start packing!

While you're off enjoying your adventure, I’ll be working behind the scenes, monitoring every detail possible to anticipate and address any potential hiccups before they reach you. For non-urgent matters, I’m available during regular business hours (M-F 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM local time) to offer guidance, solutions, and act as your advocate if anything goes off course. In the event of a travel emergency, you’ll have round-the-clock access to me for immediate assistance.
